In order to meet individual needs, every student has a different teaching plan, however, they still learn together in groups. \nThe teachers are required to enhance their individual instruction, taking advantage of the benefits of learning in groups. Group learning at school is extremely valuable since students are brought up in groups.\nNevertheless, currently this approach leaves something to be desired. In this study, we consider that teachers’words to students with intellectual disabilities, such as “You don’t have to work on this because it is too difficult for you,”which is a common expression in class, derive from negative evaluation. Taking into consideration the achievements of predecessors in their research and the opinions of students aiming to be teachers, we organized ideas to improve the negative evaluation. As a\nresult, it was revealed that in Special Needs Schools, teachers’ evaluation is related to their theories about how teachers and education should be and this influences the design of the classes.
